Cancellation Policy There is a $10 administration fee for all cancellations. If you cancel your reservation prior to two weeks before your scheduled rental date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation less than two weeks before your scheduled rental date, you will receive a certificate redeemable for the amount you have paid. This certificate will be applied to a rental date of your choice.

Late Arrival Unless previous arrangements are made between Owner and Guest, there will be a penalty fee of $50 for late arrivals after 9 PM. business office closes after 10 PM.
